By purchasing from the NoorlandMC Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. About NoorlandMC Store

NoorlandMC Store sells digital items, ranks, perks, cosmetics, and other server-related content for use on the NoorlandMC Minecraft server. Purchases help support server hosting, development, maintenance, updates, events, and other costs related to operating NoorlandMC.

All purchases are for digital content only. No physical goods will be shipped.

2. No Affiliation with Mojang or Microsoft

NoorlandMC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft/Mojang. All purchases made through the NoorlandMC Store are purchases from NoorlandMC, not from Mojang or Microsoft.

NoorlandMC is responsible for its own store, server, ranks, perks, and digital content.

3. Purchases and Delivery

After a successful payment, purchased items are usually delivered automatically in-game. Delivery may require the player to be online, to reconnect to the server, or to wait a short period of time for the system to process the order.

When making a purchase, you are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username. NoorlandMC is not responsible for purchases sent to the wrong account because of a spelling mistake, incorrect username, or user error. However, if you contact support, we may attempt to help correct the issue when possible.

If your purchase does not arrive, please contact NoorlandMC support before opening a dispute or chargeback.

4. Digital Items and Virtual Benefits

All items sold on the NoorlandMC Store are digital server-related benefits. These may include ranks, cosmetics, crate keys, commands, permissions, tags, or other virtual features.

Purchasing a rank, item, or perk does not give you ownership of any part of NoorlandMC, the server, the website, the store, or any underlying files, plugins, systems, or intellectual property.

Purchased content only applies to NoorlandMC and has no real-world cash value.

5. Server Rules Still Apply

Purchasing from the NoorlandMC Store does not exempt you from the NoorlandMC server rules.

If you break server rules, abuse store perks, exploit bugs, harass other players, cheat, chargeback, or otherwise harm the community, NoorlandMC may suspend or remove your access to the server, store, ranks, items, or perks.

Being banned, muted, suspended, or punished for violating server rules does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

6. Refund Policy

Because all purchases are for digital content that is delivered in-game, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, such as:

• The purchased item was not delivered due to an issue caused by NoorlandMC.
• A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
• The wrong package was purchased and support is contacted quickly.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

NoorlandMC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion, unless a refund is required by law.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a problem with your purchase, you should contact NoorlandMC support first.

Opening a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without first attempting to resolve the issue with NoorlandMC may result in removal of purchased items, suspension from the store, and/or a ban from the server until the issue is resolved.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent removal from NoorlandMC services.

8. Changes to Ranks, Perks, and Packages

NoorlandMC may change, rebalance, rename, replace, remove, or update ranks, perks, packages, prices, commands, cosmetics, crate rewards, or other store content at any time.

These changes may be made for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Server balance;
• Gameplay improvements;
• Bug fixes;
• Compliance with Minecraft/Microsoft rules;
• Plugin changes;
• Economy changes;
• Server updates;
• Community health.

Purchasing a package does not guarantee that the exact perk, command, feature, or item will remain unchanged forever. If a purchased perk is changed or removed, NoorlandMC may provide a replacement or adjustment when appropriate, but is not required to do so unless required by law.

9. Server Downtime, Resets, and Closure

NoorlandMC may experience downtime, maintenance, bugs, data loss, world changes, plugin issues, crashes, or other technical problems.

While NoorlandMC intends to maintain the server and provide a stable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server or store.

NoorlandMC also reserves the right to reset worlds, change gameplay systems, update plugins, modify economy settings, or close the server if necessary.

Purchases do not guarantee permanent access to NoorlandMC.

10. Subscriptions, If Applicable

If NoorlandMC offers subscription-based packages, the subscription will continue until canceled through the payment provider or store platform.

You are responsible for canceling any active subscription if you no longer want to be charged. NoorlandMC is not responsible for recurring charges that occur because you forgot to cancel a subscription.

Subscription benefits may be removed if the subscription expires, is canceled, fails payment, or is refunded.

11. Age and Parent/Guardian Permission

If you are under the age of majority in your location, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.

By purchasing from NoorlandMC Store, you confirm that you are either legally able to make the purchase yourself or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Parents or guardians who believe an unauthorized purchase was made should contact NoorlandMC support as soon as possible.

12. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

NoorlandMC reserves the right to deny, cancel, or investigate purchases that appear suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

This may include purchases made with stolen payment information, fake information, unauthorized accounts, or attempts to exploit the store or server systems.

13. Taxes and Fees

Prices shown on the NoorlandMC Store may not include taxes, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges depending on your location and payment method.

Any applicable taxes or fees may be added during checkout by the store platform or payment provider.

14. Third-Party Services

NoorlandMC Store may use third-party platforms and payment processors, including CraftingStore, Stripe, PayPal, Discord, and other services.

By using the NoorlandMC Store, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services. CraftingStore states that its platform processes data through third-party webstores using its donation/store platform.

NoorlandMC does not directly store full credit card numbers or full payment account details. Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NoorlandMC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the store, server, ranks, perks, or digital content.

NoorlandMC’s total responsibility for any purchase-related issue will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific purchase involved, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

NoorlandMC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the store or website with a new effective date.

By continuing to use the NoorlandMC Store or server after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
